'Desire' was my favorite song from the music group Pure Saturday back in my uni time. The album was introduced to me by a dear friend. He got it as a bonus from HAI magazine. After listened to it, I bought my own. I had the first album cover for public, my friend got the special edition cover. I like the group ever since the first album. It was 10 years ago. Now, it is retrieved by the film 6:30 because it is the main theme song.
I like the song because of the music and because of the lyric. Describes the feeling of desire toward someone, yet with uncertain... things :P

The time capsule consists of words, pictures, videos, sounds, and drawings from people around the world. With ten themes from human experience. They are: Love, Sorrow, Anger, Faith, Beauty, Fun, Past, Hope, Now, and You. This time capsule has been sealed and entrusted to Smithsonian Folkways Recordings based in Washington D.C., officially taking its place in history. It became a digital legacy of our times.

This project is created by Jonathan Harris, an artist working primarily on the internet. I really like his idea about creating legacy, keepsakes for the future. Mementos to represent our life in the human history.

I choose "You" as the theme. Describing 'who are you?'. And this is what my contribution look like.

Last week was a amazing week. We, bunch of people who love to sing, went to Bandung to enroll in a highly sought after choir competition, FPS ITB 2006. After months of hardworking, time spending, and doing what we love, finally, we won. It's The 3rd Prize. Like a friend said, Nothing beats winning. Go Infinito Singers! :)

I went to Bandung on Sunday. I was going to meet up with Novi & Steve there. They spent the weekend there. Before I met them, I went to ITB to see Artepolis. At the Architecture Gallery, I found this huge map of Bandung city and there were lots of 'post its' stuck on it. I remember, once I had put one those 'post it' few months before, and I was courious whether the 'Tranquil Picture' was still there. So I checked and there it was! *yay*

Last Sunday was great. One of my best friend, Novi and her husband Steve, are in Jakarta for a summer holiday. So, we arranged a lunch gathering at Chatterbox PS. The plan was set up by us, the uni buddies (that's Wieke, Tria, Hanny, Sita, and me). Too bad Ipin & TJ didn't make it.

We chatted and catching up. It went for 4 hours and after that we accompanied Novi to go shopping. It was fun! We rarely do meet up like this. Usually we meet up at least once every 4 - 6 months due to daily activities, except Novi because she lives in SF.

It was like back in uni when we hangouted together for hours and sometimes took pictures, now we sort of re-enact the scene and... took pictures again, ofcourse.

This photo should have been put in the other entry. At that time, I haven't got time to reg my blog to flickr. Now, I haven't found about how to put pictures on late entrys :P

Anyway, this picture was taken after I saw my brother's Big Band. On the left is Endah, the big band's leader, and on the right is Nuno, my upcoming short film actress. We took loads pictures of us and this what I think is the best one.

Whoa, last weekend was full of things. From watching my brother, Nino, performing with 426 Big Band at Komunitas Jazz Kemayoran, going singing practise until 9 pm, and going to Bandung at 4 am and back home at 3 am. All within 3 days. Yikes! Really made me exhausted, but I had fun fun :)

I'd like to post some photos from last weekend but I'm just able to post a few. So, here it is, a photo of three narcist girls after the show.

I'm going to watch Superman Returns this evening. I've been waiting this film for a year. The idea of seeing the movie in their first day worldwide gives me exciting feeling. It does the same with some particulars movie I'm interested in. So, while I wait for 20.30, I'll stay at my desk and do some browsing on the net.
